ILAC MRA is known as The International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) being formed with the aim of developing international cooperation for facilitating trade by promotion of the International acceptance of accredited test and calibration results, and the  ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) (often referred to as the ILAC Arrangement) with the aim to promote the International acceptance of technical test and calibration data for exported goods resulting in "a product tested once, and accepted everywhere".
