Tests on Concrete & Refractory material
Concrete adhesion (pull-off) test
Concrete Adhesion (Pull off) test
The pull-off adhesion test determines the maximum perpendicular force that a surface area can bear before a temporarily stuck plug of material is detached.
Note This test method is a destructive test and spot repairs are required.
The portable pull-off testers are capable of applying a concentric load and counter load to a single surface so that coatings can be tested even though only one side is accessible.
LMATS can perform this test in accordance with ASTM D7234.
